Strength and speed are the most vital elements in an athleteâ??s activity.  Apparently, increase these elements plays a big role in increasing the athleteâ??s height.  As many people aspire to increase their heights even by a few inches, this method of gaining height has been perfected over time and I can say that there are three basic height increasing exercises that you should consider if you intend to gain a few inches to your height.
Good height increasing exercises should be extreme, fast paced and stretchy.  Jumping exercises like hopping, jumping, bounding and leaping are some of the best exercises that will increase your height.  There are also sport based exercises like basketball, volleyball, swimming and sprinting which loosen the muscles and the bone joints to allow for growth.  If you eat proper diet full of fiber and calcium, you should be able to achieve a good height increase within a few months of serious practicing.
